Usually, Faye tried to think carefully before giving commentary, as well as thinking carefully when giving a physical action. Today was different in that respect, as she strayed from her analytical personalty, and the blame rested on a overwhelming urge of curiosity. It was very, very pestering. Though, why did she stray? Well, the Ouran Academy had a Host Club that gained a large following of people, which were mainly of the female gender. It even served a very specific purpose if she remembered right from all of the hype floating around, and that rested within making sure everyone remained content. Since Faye was a little new to the world of wealth and privilege, she didn't have friends just yet. The overwhelmed sense of curiosity had played on not being able to personally approach anyone, to get the absolute truth; to fact check. Why would there be a club with this purpose? Is the answer to that, the reason for skyrocketing popularity? Or would it be a fad that she didn't understand? What a whirlwind! Faye silently approached the general location of the Third Music Room, a room where the "Hosts" were said to reside.
Thankfully it was early within the morning, and that she didn't have class yet, simply worrying about a academic concentration for a moment. Faye guided her golden and green-brown eyes to glance upward, now eying the sign that elegantly told her she was in the right place. From there, she began focusing on the golden door handles before her, though her feet silently tiptoed her form near the door. Eventually, Faye opened the doors and it was just barely in fact, perfect for her to peep her vision through the small crack. Hopefully, no one had seen her open the door while she tried to observe the room itself. Although, Faye instantly found one thing in which she didn't like, and that was a large group of people. That scene wasn't her comfort zone. and Faye tried to close the doors she opened. There was just one problem, the door had creaked a bit that she froze a little. Maybe no one noticed, right? Faye naively asked her feelings such a question, blankly forgetting that she was also standing in a open area too.

Kaoru's eyes were respectfully trained on the beautiful princess in front of her. She had, to him, and angelic face, sharp structures that could slice and kill- and stunningly jaded eyes. Oh yes, she was the jealous type alright. He was well aware of that. The way she looked around her, the way that small frown could crease thes kin between her eyebrows, the distant and skillfully subtle displeasure hiding in the shadows of her fact that the last had cast from the window. Yes, she was a beautiful one- but had the soul of a cougar, ready to attack anyone who gets on her, ready to fight to get what she desired. Beauty- as the King once told the Princess who had dumped Haruhi's bag in the pond when she first entered the Host Club, only went so far if one wasn't beautiful on the inside.
That must be why she requested him- to get him away from his twin so she can have him to herself for half an hour. Clever girl, since Hikaru was the one who instigated the acts, without him, his attention would turn to whoever wanted her- and here she was- smiling at him as she leaned forward, her hands resting elegantly on his hand as he looked at her with pitying soft eyes, the every so devious smile still on his lips. He couldn't possibly push her away when she didn't do anything, but he couldn't really be himself without the aid of his twin- he felt uncomfortable without him.
But then the shadow king appeared, and for some reason, Kaoru could only see the 'light' that radiated from him as he told the princess that her time was up. Slowly, he took and walked over to her, holding out his hand to help ease her out of the chair, thanking her for gracing her presence in his life. Ha. He hoped she never came back, but he won't say that out loud. Mockingly kissing her hand, he feigned a worried gaze to his twin- as if he fretted that their love would diminish without each other. All, of course, was merely a play.
Stepping back, one hand behind his back, he turned and carefully made his way back to where Hikaru was- which was on the other side of the room. As he passed the front door however, his amber eyes flickered from his seat to the the figure peering inside consciously. However, it seemed they didn't like what they saw and went to close the door once more- not before freezing as it creaked, the sound almost unnoticed compared to the tinkling to glasses and squeals of moe... well, unnoticed to everyone but him.
Stepping forward quickly, his lips twisted into a grin as his hand wrapped around the the edge of the door, the other innocently held behind his back as he bent over and peered over, looking like a detective who was making sure the room was safe before entering. 'Oh, it's a girl,' he said, his voice surprisingly flat- normally the long hair would have tipped him off, however, he had come to find there was a few males who had fairly long hair. His features softened again as he gazed thoughtfully at her without half lidded eyes.
He stepped back, one hand held out to the other as he bowed slowly. 'Welcome, Princess to the Ouran Academy's Host Club,' normally he would have grinned and looked at her as if she was about to fall right into his imaginary trap- but seeing that she already looked uncomfortable, he shouldn't fuel the fire. After all, chivalry that cannot overlook the hideousness of the world was the second thing that defined the Host Club And if he didn't, Tamaki would have to lecture him- the idiot.

Faye thought swiftly in an attempt to gain back some control and confidence over her body, Take a deep breath, everything will be fine. Only the action appeared to have failed miserably, soon realizing that she was still frozen and felt trapped by her own curiosity. No, no, that felt like silly a silly notion. Trapped by curiosity? Well, the Host Club "buzz" did manage to have a tiny hold, but she mentally shook away the idea of being trapped. From there, she was still convinced that no one had seen her, or picked up on the crack of noise that the door made. Thus, Faye carried on as if she could still take her time from standing there, frozen near the door, with one minor detail or two. Her slender fingertips moved, they gripped tightly onto her violin case as well as her book bag. Then, her eyes glanced down toward the floor; she was making movement at last! However, Faye suddenly blinked to observing a pair of shoes, and felt a tad bit started to hearing a voice close in front of her. It was male in origin, sounding close to it at least, and Faye felt at odds for misjudging time; everything.
Faye quickly brought her stare to be at eye level, mindlessly nodding to greeting that had been made and then bowed slightly in return. It was polite? Yes, she felt, and thought her own gesture was okay. Faye then began to think back on what made her uncomfortable, and then knew she had to overcome things that she didn't like. All in order to survive the moment and to get the answers she was after, might as well. She had made it this far. Right? With a deep breath that finally arrived, Faye was able to think of her next move and that was to return a brief greeting aloud. Her fingertips casually played with the handle of both her violin case, as well as her book bag. "Th-. Thank you." Awkward. She didn't intend to stutter, but that is what happened and left her a bit at odds. Maybe some things were beyond planned control? No, what happened is a fluke because-. She liked having control, that was something she owned. A fluke doesn't count. It also didn't help things that the boy she had "talked" to-. Well, he was cute, handsome.
Eventually, Faye stopped her fidgeting and tried to grasp at the point of her visit. "Do you mind if I ask some questions?" Asking questions about what? How could she not include that, in the same sentence? Adding it abruptly, "About the Host Club." To be truthful, she was now glad that she stumbled along, as she would have been more honest. I.E. Using her words to ask "MANY' questions. That could possibly bee seen a little daunting, and she didn't want things to end before they started. Still, Faye didn't even know if her request would be approved or not, and tried to be patient in the meantime. Just relax. She thought, even though words are easier said, then done. Although, again, it was habit to have some kind of structure and tried to feel confident. Peering her vision up and away from who was in front of her, and off to the side to rescan the room that many had flocked to. She had to know what made it so popular and special.

Amber eyes slowly eyed the girl's slim figure discreetly before his eyes slowly landed on the girl's face once more. It seemed she didn't want to be there- the way she held on to the straps of her case, tightly, like she was frozen in the shock of being discovered. And when she spoke, her voice, as lightly and trilling as it was, seemed like she was being forced to be here, like something was controlling her to come to the music room and ask questions, rather then ask for a host available. For a second, he wondered if she was one of those type of women- the ones who come just to see what the fuss was about, to see why people had adored the club so much. No matter how it began, or the reasons that led them to the grand double doors, most of them, as expected, stayed for the year. Few were unsatisfied (and being a Hitachiin, he was sure that they were going to become lesbians).
Moving forward quickly, he opened the door a little wider, a smile playing on his lips- like always, the smile seemed a little toomischievous for most's liking. He dipped his head formally at her. 'Mind? Of course not, I'd be happy to set straight the questions you have about us,' he said sweetly. Maybe if she asked about Tamaki, he could drill some sense into her- Princes who are pampered by their lovers often become weak and mostly useless, therefore, she should be with someone strong, fun, handsome, homosexual, practices twincest, and interesting, because they are interesting in their own sense (then again, no Prince would date a commoner such as Haruhi).
He moved over next to her, his fingers sliding down the straps of her violin case and her bag lightly, as if offering to take the burden off her shoulders. 'We can step over here, have some tea- Kyouya had just imported a set, Ginori, and it's just arrived,' he began, as if he knew she would understand him (she should). 'If you would allow me to take your bags for you-' he trailed off with a chivalrous set of his features. He hovered one hand lightly against her lower back, showing her the way to the nearest couch with a table in front of it, a set ready for the both of them to share and use. Most of the time, Tamaki, Honey and Mori used a couch, Kaoru and Hikaru liked a chair then anything else. But preferences on seating didn't matter, it was what the girls wanted.
